The receptionist Chelsey, was helpful and friendly. She didn't have any problem assisting me. She was professional and had patience in dealing with the kids asking questions at one time.

The hotel was nice, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The overall appearance is a little dated. The hotel was very close to places to eat and shop.

did not have breakfast, I left around 0600. My first room was very " smelly" ( I think was air freshnes ) but I got another room thanks to the front desk staff.

Breakfast was great. rooms can be updated the walls are thin I can hear others conversations clear. the mattress need updating they squeek everytime you move

It was a perfect Pre Cruise overnight stay Had adjoining rooms that were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was Awesome!
